Rates
If you have medical insurance that covers mental health care, you will pay the copay amount listed on your card, if you have met your deductible. If you haven't met your deductible yet, you will be responsible for the full amount (typically $80-$100 per session). Please call your insurance company for detailed information.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
If you are paying out of pocket (not using insurance benefits), your fee will be discounted to $80 per session.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. If you do not provide 24 hour notice, you will be charged $50. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged $70. All fees must be paid in full before another appointment will be scheduled.
